Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing & Sales Assistant to support our team in various online sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will assist with managing customer orders monitoring website chat coordinating outbound email campaigns researching list growth strategies and ensuring compliance. Additionally this role will involve using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for client outreach and handling social media posts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review Shopify online orders and route them to customer service as needed.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries through website chat in a timely manner.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating outbound email campaigns.
- Research and implement listbuilding strategies while maintaining compliance.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator for outreach to potential clients.
- Create and schedule posts on social media platforms to engage audiences.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Shopify email marketing platforms and social media management tools.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and customer service experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Available to work parttime in the PST time zone.
