Job Description
This position is based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. The role will be pivotal in streamlining systems ensuring the compliance & up to date status of software licenses managing POS systems handling data & reporting functions. The ideal candidate will have a background in both IT & finance with a keen eye for detail & a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of system integrity & efficiency.
The position will involve:
- Systems implementation & streamlining: Optimization of existing IT and finance processes to improve overall efficiency & performance
- Software license management: Ensure compliance with regulations
- Data management & reporting: Develop ^& maintain reporting systems & ensure accurate and timely data collection
- Work closely with finance IT and other departments to align systems capabilities with business needs & goals
- Provide highlevel support and troubleshooting for any issues related to IT & finance systems
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in IT and finance systems management with a track record of successful system optimizations.
- Qualification in IT Finance Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency in managing IT systems financial software POS systems and data reporting tools
- Excellent compliance knowledge familiarity with software license compliance data protection regulations and financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical problem solving & organizational skills
