Job Title: FullTime Project Manager
Location: Remote (USbased)
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Overview:
As our Project Manager you will be responsible for coordinating and driving our projects to ensure deadlines are met clients are satisfied and team members are managed effectively. This is a parttime remote role structured as a W2 position with a strong possibility of growing into fulltime after a 30day evaluation period. You will be working with tools like Asana Zoom Slack Zapier and PandaDoc so familiarity with these platforms is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate and communicate with team members to drive accountability and progress.
- Create and optimize SOPs and systems for improved efficiency and scalability.
- Conduct regular checkins with clients and teams facilitating meetings via Zoom.
- Independently problemsolve and make impactful decisions with minimal supervision.
- Use project management tools like Asana to track deliverables and deadlines.
- Set up automations and workflows using Zapier.
- Manage contracts and documents using PandaDoc.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management.
- Strong proficiency in Asana Zoom Slack Zapier and PandaDoc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to create and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Comfortable working independently and making things happen with little guidance.
- Must have solid reliable internet and be based in the US.
- Availability during regular US business hours.
