Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales activities within our Central region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies managing a team of sales professionals and achieving revenue targets while fostering strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies and plans for the Central region to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Team Management: Lead mentor and support a team of sales representatives providing guidance training and performance evaluations to ensure high levels of motivation and productivity.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers distributors and industry partners to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Sales Forecasting: Prepare and present sales forecasts budgets and performance reports to senior management ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Product Knowledge: Stay current with industry trends product developments and technological advancements to effectively communicate the value of Central Moloney products to clients.
- Customer Support: Address and resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments including marketing product development and operations to ensure a cohesive approach to meeting customer needs and driving sales.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing Engineering or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the electrical equipment or industrial sector with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Willingness to travel frequently within the Central region.
