You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs Sales Account Executive Outbound SMB Segment you will have the opportunity to play an active part in increasing effectiveness productivity and revenue growth in the Sales Team. You will be expected to have excellent interpersonal communication skills technical comprehension product expertise business acumen and overall industry knowledge.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly quota expectations
Proactively consult with customers in an outbound effort to uncover their unique needs and help advise on the best solutions for their business
Capable of providing customized demonstrations of the RepairDesks product offering to
prospects spanning a multitude of roles
Thoroughly understand all aspects of the RepairDesk products in order to explain the technology to all types of users
Be a crucial component of the sales process and work in partnership with SDRs CSMs Support and other relevant departments to ensure an efficient and enjoyable customer experience
Adhere to daily KPIs such as calls/meetings/emails per day and attending customer meetings on time
Adhere to CRM practices and maintain its hygiene
Follow the sales process and abide by the rules of engagement
We are looking for you to bring a high level of competence curiosity and focus
Minimum 25 years working with SMBlevel sales prospects (SaaS experience is a plus)
Creative coachable collaborative goaloriented and thoughtful
Excellent communication skills
Proven analytical and problemsolving skills
Consistent track record of selling complex solutions and able to make the complex sound simple
Outstanding presenting skills to both technical and executive audiences
Bachelors Degree required
