Job Description
We are Enteractive a service provider in the online gambling (iGaming) industry. We are the industry leader and the experts in player reactivation. Be it online casino or sportsbook we know how to reactivate players and increase their retention and loyalty to the brands we work with. Through our custommade tech (Re)Activation Cloud we communicate with players around the world to promote our clients platforms while making sure they play responsibly!
We are looking for an Italianspeaking Reactivation Sales Agent to join our Sales Team in Bucharest Romania.
Tasks
What youll be doing:
- Outbound calling (B2C) to inactive players.
- Representing different casino and sportsbook brands.
- Understanding players needs and expectations.
- Promoting current bonus campaigns if applicable.
- Introducing new games features payment methods and any other relevant updates on iGaming platforms.
- Reaching the goals and targets set together with your country manager.
- Guiding players through the website if necessary.
Requirements
What you bring:
- You are a Italian native speaker & have a conversational level of English.
- You are natural at engaging and leading conversations.
- You are interested in sports and online casinos.
- You have sales capabilities.
