Job Description

Are you a customerfocused professional with a passion for ecommerce Do you speak fluent Polish and enjoy solving customer queries If youre looking for a remote opportunity that allows you to support customers in the fastgrowing ecommerce sector wed love to hear from you!

We are seeking a PolishSpeaking Customer Advisor to join our expanding customer support team. In this role you will provide outstanding assistance to our Polishspeaking customers helping them navigate their ecommerce experience with ease. This is a remote position but it is essential that you are based in Bulgaria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide highquality timely and friendly assistance to Polishspeaking customers via email chat and phone. Youll answer questions related to orders payments deliveries returns and product information.
  • Problem Solving: Address customer issues and concerns efficiently and accurately ensuring their questions are answered and any problems are resolved in a satisfactory manner. You will work to find practical solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • ECommerce Expertise: Assist customers in navigating the online store providing support on account management product searches and order processes. Youll be expected to help customers have a smooth and seamless online shopping experience.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop strong customer relationships by delivering excellent service and fostering customer loyalty. You will be the voice of the company creating positive interactions that result in repeat business.
  • Escalation Handling: When necessary escalate complex or unresolved issues to other teams or higherlevel support while keeping the customer informed throughout the process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as logistics marketing and product development to improve processes and ensure customers receive the best possible support.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Accurately document customer interactions issues and resolutions in the CRM system to maintain records and help optimize customer service operations.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay uptodate with the latest product offerings promotions and policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Who You Are:

  • Fluent in Polish (C1/C2 level): Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish are essential. You should be able to communicate complex information in a clear and professional manner.
  • Located in Bulgaria: You must currently be based in Bulgaria and have the legal right to work there. Although this is a remote role it is a requirement that you are within Bulgaria.
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: While prior experience in customer support or ecommerce is a plus we welcome applicants with a strong customer service mindset who are eager to learn and grow.
  • Proficient in English: English will be used for internal communication so a good level of English is required.
  • ProblemSolver with a Positive Attitude: You enjoy solving problems and helping people. You can handle difficult situations with empathy patience and professionalism ensuring that the customer leaves with a positive impression.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Your ability to listen ask the right questions and explain solutions clearly will help you build rapport with customers and resolve their issues efficiently.
  • TechSavvy: Comfortable using ecommerce platforms CRMs and online communication tools. A familiarity with ecommerce environments is a plus but not required.
  • Organized & DetailOriented: You can multitask effectively and manage a variety of customer requests while accurately documenting information.
  • SelfMotivated & Independent: You can work effectively from home managing your time and workload independently while staying productive and focused.
