Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our business development department you will play a crucial role in promoting our Real Estate technology solutions and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit construction sites and developer offices to create awareness of SafetyApp & ClientCare using marketing materials.
• Meet relevant personnel from real estate developer and pitch them about the products and its benefits.
• Setup a demonstration meeting and make meetings happen.
• Assist Sales Manager in meetings.
• Followup with prospects who showed interest.
• Cold Calling to real estate developers.
• Update and maintain CRM systems with all activities and tasks on daily basis.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate. MBA/ PGDBM is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good Listening Skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
