About the Company:
We are an international company specializing in customer support services for a variety of global brands. We are currently looking for a motivated Norwegian Customer Support Advisor to join our team either onsite in Athens Greece or remotely. If you are a problemsolver who loves helping people and you are fluent in Norwegian this is a great opportunity for you!

Position: Norwegian Customer Support Advisor
Location: Athens Greece (Onsite or Remote)
Type: Fulltime

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries in Norwegian via phone email or chat.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Follow up on customer queries and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of company products services and policies.
  • Ensure all interactions meet company quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in Norwegian (written and spoken).
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Must reside in Greece or be willing to relocate.
