Position: Norwegian Customer Support Advisor
Location: Athens Greece (Onsite or Remote)
Type: Fulltime
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries in Norwegian via phone email or chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Follow up on customer queries and ensure timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with other teams to provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of company products services and policies.
- Ensure all interactions meet company quality standards.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Norwegian (written and spoken).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage inquiries in a professional manner.
- Experience in customer support is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
- Must reside in Greece or be willing to relocate.
