You will be responsible for managing service requests analyzing service performance and implementing improvements to optimize service delivery. This position requires a detailoriented individual with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Receive and log service requests from clients ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Analyze service performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address service issues and implement solutions.
Develop and maintain service management documentation including service level agreements (SLAs) and operational procedures.
Conduct regular reviews of service delivery processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide timely and accurate updates to clients on the status of their service requests.
Generate reports and dashboards to track service performance and trends.
Assist in the implementation of service management tools and technologies.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
Adhere to company policies and procedures related to service management and data security.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in IT Business Administration or related field.
2 years of experience in service management or a related role.
Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL).
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Proficient in using service management tools and software.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
US citizenship or legal authorization to work in the US.
