Job Description

Role Director Delivery

Location Bengaluru

Job Summary:

The Director of Product Delivery will oversee the endtoend delivery of our products to customers

ensuring highquality customer satisfaction and effective project management. This

role involves leading crossfunctional teams optimizing delivery processes and maintaining a

focus on achieving high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and ensuring excellence in delivery quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Delivery Management:

Lead and manage the product delivery teams to ensure timely and highquality delivery

of products to customers.

Oversee the of product roadmaps and release schedules aligning with

business objectives and customer needs.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance delivery processes and efficiencies.

2. Customer Satisfaction & NPS:

Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and NPS scores ensuring customer

feedback is integrated into the delivery process.

Develop customer relationship strategies to address pain points and enhance overall

customer experience.

Regularly communicate with key customers to understand their needs and

expectations.

3. Quality Assurance:

Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure product

quality meets or exceeds customer expectations.

Establish metrics and KPIs for measuring delivery quality and implement continuous

improvement processes.

Conduct regular quality audits and reviews addressing any issues promptly.

4. Project Management:

Oversee project management activities ensuring that all projects are delivered on time

within scope and within budget.

Utilize project management methodologies to manage risks issues and changes

effectively.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules and resource allocation.

5. Team Leadership & Development:

Lead mentor and develop a highperforming product delivery team fostering a culture

of excellence and accountability.

Identify and address skill gaps within the team and provide opportunities for

professional growth.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

6. CrossFunctional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with product management engineering sales and support teams

to ensure alignment on delivery objectives.

Facilitate effective communication and coordination across departments to resolve

issues and streamline delivery.

7. Process Optimization:

Identify and implement best practices for delivery processes leveraging technology

and tools to enhance efficiency.

Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for delivery

processes

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

Must have experience in product delivery project management or a related

role and leadership position.

Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex products to

customers.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate

teams.

Excellent project management skills with experience in using project management tools

and methodologies.

Deep understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.

Customerfocused mindset with a track record of improving customer satisfaction.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in project management software (e.g. JIRA Asana).

Familiarity with quality management tools and methodologies.

Knowledge of agile and lean principles is a plus
