Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop effective sales materials and promotions
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales and promote brand awareness
Stay uptodate with industry trends competition and new products to ensure our company remains competitive in the market
Travel to client sites and industry events as needed to promote our products and services
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales must in Metal door sales
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Willingness to travel as needed for business purposes
