Job Description
Bohemia Manor Farm Winery & Resort is seeking a Food & Beverage Director to join our team of professionals in a revenuedriven role with the ability to create and manage special events entertainment and food and wine festivals. Reporting to the resort manager our Food & Beverage Director supervises the seamless and profitable operation of all food service facilities and events in addition to the oversight of our tasting room restaurant beach bar and banquets. This role is vital to the success of the resort as much of our volume includes catering with an emphasis on weddings. A background in luxury F&B management and supervision of catering operations & is essential. Our F&B Director manages all personnel in the Food and Beverage Department and is responsible for all financial operational and development areas. This position is not a steppingstone but rather a destination for a 5Star Food & Beverage authority.
