Workplace: Onsite (3 days per week) with hybrid potential
Duration: ASAP to 18 months (no extension)

How would you effectively manage multidisciplinary teams to meet quality schedule and business targets
How do you prioritize deliverables manage risks and ensure timely completion of assets and features
Do you have experience in managing game development projects from concept to release

3. Summary of the opportunity
Client Overview: The Coalition Studio is a flagship firstparty studio within Xbox Game Studios known for the critically acclaimed Gears of War series. They aim to push the limits of Microsofts entertainment platform and devices.
Role Summary: As a Producer you will collaborate with the project team to deliver bestinclass gaming experiences while managing multidisciplinary teams. You will work closely with the Senior Producer to drive assets and features to completion meeting quality schedule and business targets.
4. What are the key responsibilities
Milestone planning and evaluation of priorities
Communicating goals to the team and ensuring timely at a highquality level
Proactive risk management and mitigation
Updating and presenting status and information to the project leadership team
Identifying process improvements to enhance team efficiency
Providing regular capacity plan updates
Focusing on project development with a strong emphasis on team empowerment
5. What experience are we looking for to drive success
MUSTHave Skills and Qualifications:
7 years of Production Development Manager Project Management or Coordination experience
Experience managing game crossfunctional teams through all development phases
Shipped a minimum of 2 game products ideally console products
Experience with AAA quality games on console
Proficiency in various project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall etc.)
Excellent communication presentation and leadership skills
Experience managing development projects from concept to release
Experience managing multiple crossfunctional teams
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Familiarity with JIRA Confluence SCRUM Agile Waterfall and Kanban
