The Group provides comprehensive breadth and depth of coverage across four core services: Market Making Clearing Hedging and Investment Solutions and Agency and . The Group provides access to the world s major commodity markets covering a broad range of clients that include some of the largest commodity producers consumers and traders banks hedge funds and asset managers.
The FX desk offers aggregated pricing in over 40 ccys from spot fwds ndfs and options including first generation exotics. They leverage over 30 years of bank relationships in order to offer quality pricing to their clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a client base of corps institutions and smaller banks for their Foreign Exchange.
Ability to intelligently sell FX including derivative transactions provided necessary regulation requirements are met.
Work with other salespersons across the network to open new FX relationships and crosssell commodities clients.
Proactively performing daytoday tasks such as client prospecting client onboarding and proactively responding to any client queries as well as assisting the rest of the FX team.
Working closely and liaising with all the internal teams supporting the FX business within EMEA and across other regions (Operations Legal Compliance Onboarding).
Managing client post trade services/workflow.
Ensuring compliance with the company s regulatory requirements under the AFM.
Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.

To ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility.
To report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/ or your supervisor as required.

Skills and Experience:
Previous experience of between 23 years in FX Sales.
Strong pricing and structuring capabilities.
Entrepreneurial spirit and highly adaptable.
Strong problemsolving skills ability to navigate and simplify complex processes.
Good knowledge of FX derivatives.
Ability to multitask and detail oriented.
Excellent communication skills foreign languages a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
