Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive candidate to join our corporate communications team. This role is critical in shaping and conveying the companys narrative enhancing brand reputation and ensuring consistent communication across all platforms. The role involves developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that align with Zen Technologies brand values and business objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking creativity and handson experience in managing corporate communications including internal communication media relations and content creation
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Activation Strategy: Design and execute brand activation plans that support Zen Technologies marketing and corporate communication goals driving brand awareness and engagement.
- Brand Management: Develop and oversee the creation and maintenance of marketing & promotional materials ensuring they reflect the company s brand identity and messaging consistently.
- Brand Communication: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning while effectively managing and mitigating any potential brand risks.
- Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Manage and execute multichannel marketing campaigns including social media email marketing content marketing and PR to support brand activation efforts.
- Video Content Strategy and : Strategize and execute video content initiatives including podcasts short videos and product videos to effectively communicate key messages to internal and external audiences
- PR and Media: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets coordinating press coverage media interactions and managing corporate image in the public domain.
- Social Media: Collaborate with the social media team ensuring that corporate and marketing messages are consistently communicated across all platforms
- Stakeholder Communication: Develop communication plans that engage key stakeholders including clients partners and employees to foster brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Content Development: Creation and dissemination of content for various marketing channels including digital platforms press releases corporate presentations brochures and other brand assets.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs market trends and competitive landscape
- Events & Exhibitions: Plan and oversee the of corporate events product launches and trade shows ensuring alignment with the brand s messaging and strategic goals.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and communication strategies and campaigns providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement..
- Crossfunctional collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure that communication efforts are aligned with broader company objectives and marketing initiatives.
- Agency Management: Coordinate with external agencies for PR content creation and event management ensuring highquality deliverables that align with Zen Technologies brand standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key internal and external stakeholders to foster strong relationships and support strategic marketing and communication goals.
Requirements
Experience:
- 89 years of experience in brand activation corporate communication and marketing.
Education:
- MBA with a specialization in Marketing Communications or a related field.
Skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to strategize and execute written digital video/audio communications materials including podcasts short videos and product videos.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including SEO/SEM social media and email marketing
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills to work effectively with executives and stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to think strategically and implement ideas from ideation to measurement/evaluation
- Flexibility to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong understanding of corporate communication and content marketing.
