Job Description
Note: This role does not offer visa sponsorship. We are only looking for candidates already living in Germany who speak German (Fluent or Native)
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for our docport practices responding promptly to submitted tickets (Level 13 support via phone and software tickets).
- Provide technical support for our docport practices.
- Manage our Apple infrastructure.
- Independently solve more complex (networkrelated) technical problems.
- Assist in the inspection preparation and setup of new docport practices.
- Help update and expand internal documentation selfhelp articles and guidelines.
- In emergencies provide onsite support or guide our remote hands teams.
- Actively contribute to shaping our technical direction.
- Support practices onsite and perform fieldwork when necessary.
Requirements:
- Completed training as an IT specialist medical technician network administrator system administrator or a degree in IT or equivalent experience (e.g. CompTIA CCNA OSCP).
- Experience in setting up and managing network infrastructure; familiarity with internet protocols.
- Proven experience in IT support with the ability to quickly and flexibly identify issues and implement tailored IT solutions.
- High affinity for various software systems (Linux/Windows/Mac) and comfortable working in the terminal.
- Strong willingness to learn and quick comprehension.
- High level of reliability and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to independently organize your day and tasks.
- Fluent in German and holding a Class B driver s license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with the Ubiquiti/Unifi ecosystem.
- Additional qualifications in IT and network security (e.g. CompTIA Security CEH OSCP or similar).
