Job Description
Tipico is looking for a ServiceNow System Administrator to join our team. Grow with us introduce us to new ideas and develop products that maximize the thrill of sports for our customers. Your playing field
- Monitor the health usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications
- Perform daytoday administration of the ServiceNow platform including user management role assignments and access controls
- Configure and maintain SLAs catalog items and associated workflows
- Develop and maintain internal technical documentation manuals policies and processes
- Coordinate application and platform upgrades ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption
- Design develop and configure the ServiceNow platform to automate manual processes and create efficient digital workflows
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues providing support to endusers
- Create and maintain standard platformlevel reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement and support enterprisewide solutions using agile methodologies
- Proactively identify platform enhancements to maximize value and improve efficiency
Qualifications :
Which skills should you bring to the pitch:
- Education and Experience. Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Verification. Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
- Subject Matter Expert. Minimum of 3 years of experience administering the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise environment
- Skills. Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM concepts
- Language & Framework. Proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and web service integrations (REST SOAP)
- Issues are challenges for you. Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Problem Change and Request Management
- Cloud expertise. Knowledge in AWS
- Benefit. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
- Language skills. You are fluent in English and it would be an advantage if you had a working knowledge of German
- Nicetohave. Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools & ITIL v3 Certification1
