Job Description
We require 3 Commercial Cleaning Operative for long project work in and around the UK. The role will be cleaning commercial premises on an afternoon basis 15.30 22.00. Hotels and meals will be paid for by the company. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic staff who can work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
- Cleaning and sanitising: Sweeping mopping vacuuming dusting and wiping down surfaces to ensure a clean and tidy environment.
- Waste management: Emptying bins recycling and handling waste disposal in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Restroom maintenance: Cleaning and restocking bathrooms with necessary supplies such as soap toilet paper and hand towels.
- Surface disinfecting: Applying disinfectants to hightouch areas like door handles light switches and desks to prevent the spread of germs.
- Window cleaning: Washing windows glass surfaces and mirrors.
- Floor care: Polishing buffing and sometimes deep cleaning carpets or hard floors.
- Use of specialized equipment: Operating commercial cleaning machines like floor scrubbers vacuum cleaners and steam cleaners.
The role may also require adhering to specific health and safety guidelines the cleaning operatives will be working outside of regular business hours to minimize disruption to the business operations of the company.

Requirements
- Able to work alone or part of a team
- able to work away for up to a week at a time.
- At least 2 years cleaning experience
- High attention to detail
Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in specialist cleaning, trauma scene cleaning, or a related field preferred. Certification in biohazard cleaning, hazardous materials handling, or related training is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions. Excellent physical stamina and the ability to work in challenging and diverse environments. Full UK driving License Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED IN SAME SECTOR Skills and Competencies: In-depth knowledge of cleaning protocols for biohazards, chemicals, and other hazardous materials. Proficiency in using specialized cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Emotional resilience and ability to manage stress effectively. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Able to workday time and nighttime shifts.
