Job Description

About the Role:

We re seeking a dynamic and driven PIA National Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will be at the heart of our mission using data to drive process improvements and automations that enhance our KPIs. You will be responsible for managing maintaining improving and implementing all system and procedural updates provided by Openreach. Your work will be crucial in ensuring that we deliver on our promise of a Full Fibre future for Britain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all PIA (Physical Infrastructure Access) data ensuring accuracy and compliance with Openreach requirements.
  • Implement system and procedural updates optimising processes for better performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and manipulate dashboards to present key information driving informed decisionmaking.
  • Communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders both internally and externally ensuring clear understanding of PIA processes and policies.
  • Act as a role model within the team fostering a culture of development progression and continuous improvement.
  • Present policy changes and updates across the organisation ensuring alignment and compliance.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives using data insights to enhance overall performance.



Requirements

  • Strong understanding of PIA and its application for thirdparty providers.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels of understanding.
  • Proficient in data reporting with the ability to create and manipulate dashboards for key metrics.
  • Proven ability to present and implement policy changes effectively.
  • A creative problemsolver with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Passionate about digital infrastructure and committed to helping us build a Full Fibre future for Britain.
