Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and promote a lean culture driving continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in TPM best practices and Autonomous Maintenance.
- Coordinate and support 5S initiatives within the plant.
- Facilitate strategic initiatives aimed at improving people practices and performance.
- Mentor associates in handson problemsolving techniques and foster a systematic approach.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions through root cause analysis.
- Lead and direct problemsolving teams and Kaizen events to enhance operating performance.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements and redesign.
- Track costsaving measures and ensure lean principles are sustained across all areas of the plant.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Degree preferred).
- 2 years of experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Autonomous Maintenance.
- 2 years of experience with Root Cause Analysis.
- 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership problemsolving and team collaboration skills.
