Job Description
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Meeting facilitation and requirements elicitation skills
- Managing multiple dashboards or priorities
- Excellent documentation skills including visual process or project artifacts
- Translating customer needs into functional and nonfunctional requirements
- Eliciting requirements for midsize to large projects Working with Power BI software and other data visualization tools
- Designing and building data visualizations with an understanding of the appropriate chart types to use highlight patterns in the data
- Experience quantifying tabulating and analyzing large complex volumes of data to transform the data into actionable insights
- Understanding Tableau and recreate features and functionality in Power BI modeling experience using a variety of regression and supervised and unsupervised learning techniques Azure DevOps and is familiar with Jira or other ticketing systems
- Familiarity with Google Suite tools and Office Products
Technical Proficiency: o Strong expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query. Data Literacy: Experience working with healthcare data, including but not limited to medical claims data. Preferred Medicaid or Medicare experience at a medical insurance company or equivalent work history at a State or Federal level for these programs.
