JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A MEMBER DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE APAC
Responsibilities as a Member Development Associate:
Research and identify qualified new leads for the Portfolio of Councils Assigned.
Manage campaigns and adhoc sequences for assigned Councils using Outreach.
Send emails followups and make phone calls to schedule appointments with eligible prospects for the Member Development Executive Team (MDE) including confirming and rescheduling appointments.
Ensure that the sales contacts are professional effective and appropriate for facilitating the company s involvement with the client.
Develop market analysis for potential new product launches.
Manages customer relationship database ensuring lists are clean and usable for the team.
Support current MDE with projects as needed.
Ensures appropriate action and followup of daytoday business matters.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications as a Member Development Associate:
A College degree is a must.
Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills as well as the ability to communicate with Senior Executives.
Solid Lead Generation experience is required.
Endtoend B2B Sales experience is an advantage.
Proven track record in Sales and Sales Strategies is a plus.
Organized and detailoriented work style with the ability to multitask.
A goaloriented work ethic committed to achieving organization goals and performance objectives individually and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus).
