Job Summary:
The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing the procurement of goods and services necessary for the company s operations. This role involves sourcing suppliers negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of quality products while adhering to budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiate prices terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
  • Process purchase orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and anticipate future needs to avoid shortages.
  • Maintain and update records of all procurement activities.
  • Resolve issues related to product quality delivery delays or discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements.
  • Stay updated on market trends and product innovations to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).

Skills Required:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and managing records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and supplier performance.

Specific Criteria:

  • Gender: Male (as per the requirement).
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Trichy.


Proven ability in lead generation and prospect management. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Proficiency in managing the entire sales cycle from start to finish. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
