Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced South Indian chef or production manager to join our catering team. The ideal candidate will have 45 years of experience in South Indian cuisine and production management.
Responsibilities:
. Oversee the production of South Indian dishes
. Ensure high quality and consistency in food preparation
. Manage kitchen staff and coordinate production schedules
. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures
. Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
