Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a driven Telesales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients introducing our products/services and setting appointments. Success in this role requires a proactive approach excellent communication skills and the ability to consistently meet or exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate sales leads and schedule appointments.
  • Introduce and promote our products/services to potential clients highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of calls conversations and customer information in our CRM system.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed daily and monthly call and email targets to drive sales growth.
  • Execute a minimum of 42 calls and 42 emails per day to reach potential customers and follow up on leads.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics and call outcomes to improve future performance.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Follow up on warm leads nurturing them through the sales funnel to conversion.
  • Handle customer objections and inquiries professionally and persuasively.


Requirements

Qualifications Skills & Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in telesales telemarketing or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through outbound calling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage potential customers effectively.
  • Experience with CRM software and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven mindset and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection and maintain a high level of enthusiasm during calls.
Additional Job Details:

  • Setup and Location: Onsite (Pampanga Alabang Cebu Ortigas) WFH/Remote Hybrid
  • Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEDT) 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PH Time)
  • Employment Type: Fulltime
