3. Summary of the opportunity
Client Overview: We are hiring for a leading technology company dedicated to helping over 26 million people worldwide develop digital and AI skills for the AI economy.
Role Summary: As an SSI Program Enablement Coordinator you will support the Skills for Social Impact program team in developing and delivering gotomarket resources processes and tools. You will work on various initiatives to drive the success of Skills for Social Impact insights directtolearner offers global programs and depth programs.
4. What are the key responsibilities
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide consultation and develop resources to meet programmatic impact goals
Coordinate endtoend resource development for SSI Program projects
Update create and deploy content for SSI Program projects and initiatives
Maintain and support web resources for SSI Program
Collaborate with the broader SSI team for reporting and data collection
Support the development of enablement processes
Act as a liaison between SSI Program field team marketing team and other stakeholders
Monitor progress plans roadblocks and mitigation approaches
5. What experience are we looking for to drive success
MUSTHave Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing communications or program management
Excellent writing skills with attention to detail
Experience working in a communications and marketing team
Project management skills with the ability to deliver on time
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Experience working with Microsoft platforms
Experience in communications marketing or program management updates
Experience managing a company social handle
