They are in hypergrowth mode expanding internationally and are a profitable company. We are looking for a People and Culture Manager to add to their team.
Reporting to Director of People and Talent
HR Generalist and the Administrative Assistant will be supporting this role
Managing payroll administration and collaborating with finance on payroll
Managing and enhancing employee engagement and recognition
Leading performance initiatives and ongoing performance reviews
Overseeing and refining employee standards policies and procedures using existing HR systems as well as improved or recommended processes
Managing the Lattice People Management software to ensure information is up to date and organized
Overseeing health & safety HR compliance and employee benefits administration including compensation health insurance expense reimbursement and vacations
Managing and enhancing training and development programs
Staying up to date with compliance including employment laws and regulations
Enhancing people and culture strategies with a focus on diversity and inclusion
Managing performance metrics and providing necessary feedback
Leading with a focus on quality transparency transparency collaboration and innovation
Requirements
23 years of managerial experience
Experience working in a high growth startup environment
Experience working in technology/SaaS
Talent Acquisition experience is an asset
You are able to bring new ideas to the table
Strong communicator with the ability to be solutionsoriented
You thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment
You are a relationship builder
Ability to think outside of the box and create proactive strategies
Strong business acumen and strategic thinker with a passion for people & culture
Familiarity with people management platforms and HR software
You are located in the Greater Toronto Area
You are comfortable working in an inoffice environment
You are an innovator who thrives on challenging the statusquo
You are flexible and agile in your approach and are excited by an everchanging industry
Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
