About Us:

GROW Women Leaders is seeking to hire a Sponsored Guest. In this role you will be responsible for Promotion and Representation Engagement and Participation Brand Alignment and Event Participation. Your contributions will help us work towards our mission of empowering women particularly immigrants and BIWoC to secure employment and advance their careers.

As a Sponsored Guest you will represent our organization or event by attending and participating in various activities and engagements. Your role is to enhance the event experience and promote our brand or cause through your presence and engagement.

• Attend scheduled events activities and sessions as outlined in the sponsorship agreement.
  Represent the sponsoring organization or event positively and professionally.
• Engage with other attendees stakeholders and media to promote the event and its objectives.
  
• Share event highlights and updates on personal and/or organizational social media platforms if applicable.
  
• Interact with attendees sponsors and other key participants to build relationships and foster a positive atmosphere.
  
• Attend networking functions and contribute to discussions and activities.
  
• Provide feedback to the organizing team regarding the event experience and any areas for improvement.
  
• Submit a postevent report or reflection as requested including insights and observations.
  
• Ensure any personal or professional activities align with the values and objectives of the sponsoring organization.
  

• Be present at all agreedupon events sessions and activities as outlined in the sponsorship agreement.
  
• Represent the sponsoring organization or event in a positive and professional manner.
  
• Follow any specific branding messaging or promotional guidelines provided by the sponsor.
  
• Interact with other attendees sponsors and stakeholders to foster a positive environment and build relationships.
  
• Facilitate and participate in networking opportunities to enhance connections and support the event s objectives.
  
• Post about the event on personal or professional social media platforms as agreed highlighting key moments and engaging with eventrelated content.
  
• Complete any required postevent reports or reflections including insights and observations as requested by the sponsor.
  
• Address any issues or concerns that arise promptly and professionally ensuring minimal disruption to the event.
  
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Expertise or experience relevant to the event s theme or industry can enhance the guest s contribution.
  
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently in both formal and informal settings.
  
• Proficiency in writing clear engaging content for social media reports or promotional materials.
  
• Capability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse individuals.
  
• Ability to present ideas and information in a compelling and confident manner.
  
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in behavior appearance and interactions.
  
• Experience in managing and sharing content on various social media platforms.
  
• Previous experience attending or participating in similar events can be advantageous.
  
• Ability to align personal or professional brand with the sponsor s values and objectives.
