Our client is a high quality gyms in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
- Responsible for managing product launches & campaigns to support marketing/trading calendar;
- Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the fitness chains business goals and target audience.
- Responsible for managing the brand marketing output with a specific focus on organic social media channels; Facebook Instagram TikTok and YouTube
- Lead aspects of developing and executing marketing campaigns across brand products and partnerships
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence engage with customers and promote fitness programs and events.
- Manage the influencer responsible for outreach programs to ensure with support from other members of the team
- Build an organic social discipline creating a longterm and costeffective solution to building brand awareness driving new customer growth and ongoing loyalty and engagement
- Work with the team to own the brand voice across marketing channels so that it is consistent reflects the brand position and serves both brand and audience needs.
- Analysis of cultural community media and market trends to inform strategic and creative development for content.
- Report on core KPIs and provide actionable insights for improvement. Lead measurement plan to ensure that the content strategy is evaluated correctly and demonstrates business and brand value.
- Implement effective acquisition and retention strategies to drive sales and new customer growth while maintaining costefficiency.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze website traffic campaign performance and customer engagement metrics. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
- Work closely with other departments such as sales and customer service to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing and customer engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends customer preferences and the competitive landscape using insights to inform marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field; a Master s degree is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing preferably within the fitness or health industry
Proven ability in developing marketing & social content strategies for brands to meet the needs for their business and target audiences; creating brand identities repositioning or refreshing existing brands. - Advanced knowledge of all major social media platforms and publishing & analytic tools
- Dynamic communication skills with the ability to think strategically
- Positive can do attitude with great problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot quickly
