Job Overview:
As a Content Moderator you will play a crucial role in filtering and monitoring video platform content to ensure a safe and positive user experience. This involves screening for abusive violent or inappropriate content across multiple markets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Filter and moderate video content to enforce community guidelines.
- Monitor and review reported content for compliance with platform policies.
- Take action on content that violates guidelines including removing or escalating as necessary.
- Work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment to maintain a safe online community.
Job Requirements:
- Fluency in written and spoken English native fluency in Dutch.
- Ability to handle sensitive and challenging content.
- Comfortable working in a teambased fastpaced international setting.
- Intermediate IT skills to navigate content management systems.
Schedule:
- Fulltime: 39 hours per week Monday to Sunday with 2 weekends off per month (with a separate day off during the week).
- Parttime: 16 hours per week working exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays (training provided as fulltime).
- Shifts vary based on line of business (LOB) and market with a hybrid working model.
- Maximum of 7 consecutive working days.
- Schedule provided one month in advance with all breaks paid (25minute lunch 5minute breaks per hour).
Contract Details:
- Initially a fixedterm contract for 2 months renewable based on performance.
- Possibility of transitioning to a permanent contract after 4 to 6 months.
- 1month probationary period included with paid training from day one.
Training:
- Training conducted on weekdays (Monday to Friday) without weekends or public holidays.
- Duration varies ranging from 1 to 6 weeks (details provided by recruiter).
- Candidates compensated during training hours.
Holidays:
- 32 days of holiday annually distributed as 4 full weeks 4 individual days.
- No holidays during the first 2 months of employment.
