Key Responsibilities:
- Draft review and negotiate contracts and agreements in English ensuring accuracy clarity and compliance with relevant corporate laws and regulations.
- Provide expert legal advice on a range of corporate matters including compliance risk management and corporate governance.
- Work closely with internal teams including finance HR and operations to address legal issues and contribute to strategic decisionmaking processes.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations including data protection and intellectual property rights.
- Prepare and manage legal documents reports and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Offer legal training and support to other departments as needed to ensure awareness of legal requirements and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree required. Masters degree in law (LL.M.) preferred.
- Licensed by the Bar Association with at least a primarylevel license.
- Minimum of 23 years of experience in corporate law with a demonstrated ability in drafting and reviewing contracts.
- Proven expertise in contract law strong analytical and problemsolving skills and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively.
- Excellent command of English both written and verbal. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in legal work.
