Job Title: Customer Relations Specialist

Location: Phnom Penh
Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Address inquiries resolve issues and provide product/service information to Chinesespeaking customers.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for Chinesespeaking clients handling phone calls emails and live chats.
- Feedback Handling: Gather customer feedback and relay it to relevant departments to improve services and products.
- Problem Resolution: Quickly address and resolve customer complaints or concerns escalating as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field.
- Fluency in Chinese.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service or client relations preferred.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fastpaced environment.
Working Hours:
- Mon Fri: 8:30 am 5:30 pm (1 hour lunch break)
- Saturday: 8:30 am 12:00 pm
