Job Description

Job Title: Customer Relations Specialist

Industry: Mining/Logistics

Location: Phnom Penh

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Address inquiries resolve issues and provide product/service information to Chinesespeaking customers.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for Chinesespeaking clients handling phone calls emails and live chats.
  • Feedback Handling: Gather customer feedback and relay it to relevant departments to improve services and products.
  • Problem Resolution: Quickly address and resolve customer complaints or concerns escalating as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field.
  • Fluency in Chinese.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer service or client relations preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fastpaced environment.

Working Hours:

  • Mon Fri: 8:30 am 5:30 pm (1 hour lunch break)
  • Saturday: 8:30 am 12:00 pm

Salary:

  • Negotiable
