What Youll Do:
As an HR Officer at Promogen you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring that our business attracts and retains the best talent. Key responsibilities include:
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the endtoend recruitment process from identifying toptier candidates to onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns managing conflict resolution with a strategic and thoughtful approach.
- HR Strategy & Development: Work closely with leadership to develop HR strategies that align with company goals and drive business results.
- Policy Management: Update and maintain company policies ensuring compliance with legal requirements and fostering a positive work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR roles
- Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle
- Familiarity with HRM software and recruitment tools is a plus
