DRAWLINES ENGINEERING CONSULTANT is looking for Interior Designer in Doha Qatar

Years of experience: 34 years of experience in interior design or a related field.

Project Site Location: Wakra

Education: Bachelors degree in Interior Design Architecture or a related field.

Skills:

• Arabic Speaking
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD SketchUp 3D modeling software etc.).
• Strong creativity and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Knowledge of building codes regulations and sustainability practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation:

• Meet with clients to determine project requirements preferences and budgets.
• Discuss the functionality design aesthetics and timeline of the project.

2. Design Development:

• Create initial design concepts through sketches drawings and 3D models.
• Develop detailed floor plans layouts and specifications.
• Select materials furniture lighting color schemes and finishes.
• Ensure that the designs align with the clients needs sustainability and safety standards.

3. Project Coordination:

• Collaborate with architects contractors and other professionals to ensure design .
• Oversee and manage the installation process of designs onsite.
• Ensure projects stay within budget and meet deadlines.

4. Material Selection and Procurement:

• Research source and select appropriate materials and furnishings.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for product availability and pricing.

5. Budget and Time Management:

• Prepare cost estimates for clients and maintain the project within budget constraints.
• Monitor timelines to ensure that design elements are delivered and installed according to the project schedule.

6. Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Keep uptodate with industry trends materials and techniques.
