Job Description

Job Summary: The 3D Designer is responsible for creating detailed and highquality 3D models animations and visualizations for various applications such as games films virtual reality or product design. This role requires a blend of artistic vision technical expertise and creativity to bring concepts to life and ensure they meet the desired specifications and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- 3D Modeling and Texturing:
- Create detailed 3D models of characters environments props and objects based on design specifications and concepts.
- Apply textures materials and shaders to 3D models to achieve realistic and visually appealing results.
- Optimize 3D models for performance including polygon count and texture resolution.
- Animation and Rigging:
- Develop and implement animations for characters objects and environments.
- Create rigs and skeletons for character models to facilitate smooth and realistic movements.
- Collaborate with animators and other team members to ensure animations meet project requirements.
- Visualizations and Rendering:
- Produce highquality renderings and visualizations for presentations marketing materials or client reviews.
- Utilize rendering software to create photorealistic images and animations.
- Ensure visual consistency and quality across different media and platforms.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with artists designers and other team members to understand project goals and requirements.
- Participate in design meetings and provide feedback on concepts and prototypes.
- Communicate progress and challenges effectively to project leads and stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends tools and technologies in 3D design and animation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to 3D assets and animations.
- Ensure that all 3D assets are properly organized and documented.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining highquality standards.
- Provide accurate time estimates for tasks and adhere to project timelines.
- Contribute to the planning and of project milestones and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in 3D Design Animation Computer Graphics or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in 3D modeling texturing and animation preferably with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in 3D design software such as Autodesk Maya Blender 3ds Max or Cinema 4D.
- Experience with rendering engines like VRay Arnold or Unreal Engine is a plus.
- Strong artistic skills with a good eye for detail color and composition.
- Knowledge of industrystandard practices and trends in 3D design and animation.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to receive and apply feedback effectively.
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: QAR8000.00 QAR10000.00 per month
