Job Description
A top player in digital marketing is looking for a talented middle motion designer to join their team in Limassol. If you love creating polished and professional video content and video ads you could be a great fit for the position. The successful candidate must have a proven track record in creating compelling videos showcasing products services and brands.
Also you must be an active team player who can seamlessly collaborate with others including product owners producers and external contractor.

What Youll Do:
As Middle Motion Designer you will craft persuasive and highquality video presentations of various products services and brand identity materials.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging advertisements for acquisition campaigns across various platforms such as Meta TikTok Google and others.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with toptier artists agencies and designers.
- Uphold high visual standards with meticulous attention to detail ensuring alignment with client objectives audience needs storytelling and overall context.
- Collaborate closely with the Media Buying team to refine and optimize creative assets for improved performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to branding guidelines and offer constructive feedback to the Head of Department and other key stakeholders for continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance support and knowledgesharing as needed including onboarding new team members or agencies in alignment with business needs.
- Deliver art direction brand management and handson design and animation for projects beyond acquisition campaigns.
- Work in conjunction with the creative operations team to ensure that all assets meet technical and aesthetic standards while supporting business goals.
- Stay updated with emerging tools and technologies such as AIdriven production tools for video and voice to enhance and expedite the production process.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role were seeking candidates with:
- Bachelors Degree in Motion Graphics or a related field.
- Over 3 years of professional experience in a similar industry.
- Proven experience working within performance/acquisitionfocused teams.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics for video content including CTR CPAs and others.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite with proficiency in After Effects Premiere Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Maya is a plus.
- Character animation skills are an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficient in translating concepts into engaging motion graphics.
- Advanced proficiency in English is essential.
