Riyadh Air (RX) headquartered in the Saudi Capital is the new national airline thats shaping the future of flying. About the Role:This position will play a pivotal role in conceptualising and shaping the future of our loyalty offerings and technology infrastructure. You will have an opportunity to work with a truly talented team of professionals and lead them to develop innovative products enhance existing features and leverage real cuttingedge technologies to deliver exceptional value to our members and vast partner network.
This strategic role will demand wellhoned product strategy expertise and contribute to the development and of a comprehensive loyalty digital product strategy aligned with RXs vision and objectives. A key aspect of this role is the identification of market trends customer needs and competitive insights to drive product innovation and differentiation.
You will champion a culture of innovation and experimentation within the product and technology teams. Your quest for excellence will see you explore emerging technologies such as AI machine learning and blockchain to enhance loyalty program capabilities and offerings.
A digital visionary you will steer initiatives to enhance the digital user experience for our loyalty program members across web and mobile platforms. Moreover datadriven insights and user feedback will be fundamental towards optimising user interfaces features and functionalities.

Degree qualified you possess a minimum 10 years of proven success in loyalty product management and technology leadership roles. Your profile should demonstrate experience in agile development methodologies software architecture and cloud computing platforms.
