Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detailoriented Healthcare Project Manager to lead and oversee various healthcare projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of healthcare systems exceptional project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to drive project success and improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and : Develop implement and manage project plans including scope schedule and budget. Ensure projects are completed on time within scope and within budget.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders including healthcare providers administrative staff and external partners. Communicate project status risks and issues effectively.
- Resource Management: Coordinate resources and manage project teams. Ensure all team members are aligned with project goals and have the necessary tools and support.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact. Monitor and address any issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and adhere to quality standards and best practices in healthcare project management. Ensure that deliverables meet the required quality and regulatory standards.
- Budget Oversight: Develop and manage project budgets. Monitor expenses and ensure financial accountability throughout the project.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare regular reports for senior management and other stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Analyze project outcomes and identify areas for improvement. Recommend and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration Project Management or a related field. A Masters degree or advanced certification (e.g. PMP CAPM) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a healthcare setting. Proven track record of successful project delivery and healthcare industry knowledge.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g. MS Project Asana Jira).
- Solid understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is highly desirable.
