Chief of Staff Startup (Berlin/hybrid)

Your Responsibilities
As Chief of Staff with a commercial focus you will work closely with Cosunos founders and have the opportunity to lead strategic projects across Enterprise Sales Revenue Operations and Customer Success. Your primary goal will be to drive commercial efficiency by leading crossfunctional projects and pushing forward innovative solutions.
Strategic Collaboration: You will work directly with the founders and the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to identify and implement commercial initiatives that drive company growth.
Project Leadership: You will manage projects in the areas of Enterprise Sales Revenue Operations and Customer Success with a clear focus on efficiency and growth.
CrossFunctional Leadership: You will coordinate and lead crossfunctional teams to ensure that all commercial activities are aligned with the overarching company goals.
Strategic DecisionMaking: You will analyze market trends and customer requirements and use these insights to sustainably drive Cosunos success.
Growth Initiatives: You will support the development of new sales and gotomarket strategies optimize existing processes and foster expansion into new markets.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in a similar role (3/4 years) preferably in a fastgrowing SaaS company or management consulting with a focus on commercial operations.
- You have strong strategic thinking abilities and can manage projects from conception to .
- You are a strong communicator and can motivate and lead crossfunctional teams.
- You are ambitious eager to grow within a dynamic and fastpaced organization and ready to take on longterm responsibilities.
Fluent in German and English skills are essential.
