Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daytoday office operations and maintain a welcoming office environment.
- Answer and direct phone calls handle correspondence and manage emails.
- Organize and schedule meetings appointments and events.
- Handle office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Prepare and maintain documents reports and presentations.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new employees.
- Coordinate with various departments to support administrative needs.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and assist with expense reporting.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator Office Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
