Founding AI Engineer telli (YCBacked Startup)
One of our newest portfolio companies telli part of Y Combinators Fall 24 batch is looking for a Founding AI Engineer to help shape the future of AIdriven call automation. If youre excited about working on cuttingedge technology with the opportunity to make a significant impact in a highgrowth environment this role is for you.
About telli
Were on a mission to revolutionize operationsheavy industries with an AIpowered call automation platform. Our technical cofounder Seb along with Finn and Philipp brings extensive experience from scaling Enpals heat pump unit from 0 to 150 employees. Now were harnessing AI voice agents to disrupt phone operations.
Currently telli manages 1000 calls per day with four paying pilot customers. We aim to scale to 10 customers by years end and the Founding AI Engineer will play a pivotal role in achieving that goal.

Ideal Experience:
- 3 years of professional fullstack software engineering experience.
- Proven track record in developing AIpowered applications.
