Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sr. Manager Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced lead generator with a strong background in financial services responsible for identifying and prospecting potential clients. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and promoting our factoring solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify businesses that could benefit from Credlixs factoring services.
  • Conduct outreach to potential clients via phone calls and emails introducing our services and generating interest.
  • Maintain detailed records of client communications and status updates ensuring effective followup.
  • Qualify leads based on interest level and purchasing capacity.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and business relations team to transfer qualified leads.
  • Contribute to the development and of lead generation strategies.
  • Stay up to date with Credlix s products and services effectively communicating value propositions to potential clients.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation preferably within the financial services or Fintech sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive resultsdriven approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
  • Proven ability to build trust and establish effective relationships with potential clients.
