Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sr. Manager Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced lead generator with a strong background in financial services responsible for identifying and prospecting potential clients. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and promoting our factoring solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify businesses that could benefit from Credlixs factoring services.
- Conduct outreach to potential clients via phone calls and emails introducing our services and generating interest.
- Maintain detailed records of client communications and status updates ensuring effective followup.
- Qualify leads based on interest level and purchasing capacity.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and business relations team to transfer qualified leads.
- Contribute to the development and of lead generation strategies.
- Stay up to date with Credlix s products and services effectively communicating value propositions to potential clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation preferably within the financial services or Fintech sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive resultsdriven approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
