We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Client Partners (Business Development & Client Servicing Manager) to drive our growth initiatives while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. This role combines the strategic aspects of business development with the handson responsibilities of client servicing to support our mission of delivering superior value to our clients and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities Client Partner
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with clients. Act as the main point of contact for client communications ensuring timely and effective responses to their needs.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients. Develop strategies to increase revenue and expand the client portfolio.
Strategic Planning and :
Work with clients to understand their business goals and challenges. Develop and implement strategic plans to help clients achieve their objectives leveraging the companys products and services.
Account Management:
Oversee all aspects of client accounts including contract negotiations project management and delivery of services. Ensure projects are completed on time within scope and within budget.
Financial Oversight:
Monitor account performance including revenue profitability and client satisfaction. Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to senior management.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams such as sales marketing and delivery to ensure cohesive and efficient service delivery. Advocate for clients needs and coordinate with internal resources to meet those needs.
Client Advocacy:
Represent the clients interests within the company. Provide feedback to product and service teams to improve offerings based on client feedback and industry trends.
Market Analysis and Insights:
Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitors. Use this knowledge to advise clients and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Problem Solving:
Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with clients. Work proactively to prevent potential problems and ensure a positive client experience.
Reporting and Communication:
Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients highlighting performance metrics project status and strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and strategies.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Goaloriented and selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking.
- Bachelors degree in marketing business or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
