Position Overview: The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand marketing strategies that enhance our brand identity drive customer engagement and support business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong creative vision excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of brand management principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies to build brand equity increase market share and achieve business goals.
- Campaign Management: Plan execute and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital print social media etc.) to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs market trends and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform brand strategy and campaign development.
- Brand Messaging: Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all marketing materials and communication channels. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure brand integrity.
- Creative Direction: Collaborate with creative teams to develop and produce highquality marketing assets including advertisements promotional materials and content for digital and offline channels.
- Partnerships & Sponsorships: Identify and manage strategic partnerships and sponsorships that align with brand objectives and enhance brand visibility.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of brand marketing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the brand marketing budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources and costeffective of marketing activities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including sales product development and public relations to ensure alignment and coordination of brand marketing efforts.
- Event Planning: Oversee the planning and of brandrelated events trade shows and promotional activities to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in brand marketing or a related field with a proven track record of successful brand management and campaign .
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of brand management principles and marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics social media management tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities with attention to detail.
- Experience in managing budgets and working with crossfunctional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
