Job purpose
The Senior Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing all technical aspects of construction projects. This role involves coordinating with project teams ensuring adherence to engineering standards and solving complex problems that arise onsite. The Senior Site Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring projects are completed on time within budget and to the required quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities
Project Oversight:
Assume responsibility for the overall management and of construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate project activities including scheduling resource allocation and subcontractor management to ensure timely and withinbudget delivery.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality control measures to uphold the highest standards of construction excellence.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor compliance with technical specifications safety regulations and industry standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including project managers engineers and procurement teams to facilitate seamless project .
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as clients consultants and regulatory authorities to address project requirements and regulatory compliance.
Resource Management:
- Optimize resource utilization including labor materials and equipment to maximize project efficiency and costeffectiveness.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles impacting project timelines and deliverables.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Champion a culture of safety and compliance by enforcing adherence to health safety and environmental regulations onsite.
- Implement proactive measures to prevent accidents injuries and environmental incidents.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Proven experience of 710 years in the construction and finishing industry with a minimum of 5 years focus on renovation FF&E refurbishment finishing and fitout of interiors in mega hospitality and commercial projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with hospitality specifications standards and industry best practices is highly desired.
- Excellent communication negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Willingness to travel and work at various project sites as required.
- Preferred Skills: o Professional certification (e.g. PMP PE) is advantageous.
- Experience with largescale or complex construction projects.
- Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and green building standards.
Working Conditions
- Ability to work onsite and manage fieldbased activities.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of a construction environment.
- Occasional travel may be required depending on project locations.
