Dear Applicant for our client public sector company we are looking for a skilled Project Manager with experience in IT and other areas.
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Monitor and track project progress adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Lead crossfunctional project teams including IT staff vendors and external partners.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to ensure smooth project .
- Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Conduct project meetings and presentations documenting decisions and action items.
- Ensure that projects meet quality standards and comply with organizational policies and regulations.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Report on project performance including budget adherence schedule and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Successfully completed technical scientific or economics degree.
- At least three years of professional experience in project management or management in the IT environment or in the healthcare sector.
- Agile working according to SCRUM or Kanban
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Jira Trello).
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure software development and cloud technologies.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills
- German and English language minimum B2/C1
