Role Overview:

This Graduate Engineer position offers a balance of handson technical work and customerfacing activities making it ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in a hightech customerfocused environment

• of Customer Orders
  • Focused on the companys products such as robotic drilling inspection and guidance systems.
  • Responsibilities include developing measurement plans robot simulation metrology system setups and customerfacing activities (e.g. demonstrations training support).
  • This aspect of the role is handson often involving travel and long hours with onthejob training.
• Digital Product Engineering:
  • Involves product development specifically CAD and simulation.
  • Initial tasks will include overseeing the manufacture of specific company products and supporting documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Growth and Adoption:
   • Support the businesss growth by driving the adoption of the companys technology and delivering standard products to the market.
2. CustomerFacing Activities:
   • Engage with customers through demonstrations training technical support and project coordination.
   • Firstline support for customers until the system is accepted.
3. Technical Liaison:
   • Serve as a technical contact with suppliers ensuring all equipment is calibrated and operational.
4. Best Practices Development:
   • Update and share best practices for using the companys equipment internally and externally.
5. Project Coordination:
   • Coordinate various phases of projects to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
6. Ancillary Responsibilities:
   • Presales support through simulations and demos.
   • Product testing and debugging.
   • Participation in new R&D programs.

Qualifications:

• Essential:
  • Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or similar applicable subject.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Driving license.
• Desirable:
  • Knowledge and experience with CAD/simulation.
  • Practical competence with both tools and computers.
  • Good presentation skills.
