Role Overview:
This Graduate Engineer position offers a balance of handson technical work and customerfacing activities making it ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in a hightech customerfocused environment
of Customer Orders
Focused on the companys products such as robotic drilling inspection and guidance systems.
Responsibilities include developing measurement plans robot simulation metrology system setups and customerfacing activities (e.g. demonstrations training support).
This aspect of the role is handson often involving travel and long hours with onthejob training.
Digital Product Engineering:
Involves product development specifically CAD and simulation.
Initial tasks will include overseeing the manufacture of specific company products and supporting documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth and Adoption:
Support the businesss growth by driving the adoption of the companys technology and delivering standard products to the market.
CustomerFacing Activities:
Engage with customers through demonstrations training technical support and project coordination.
Firstline support for customers until the system is accepted.
Technical Liaison:
Serve as a technical contact with suppliers ensuring all equipment is calibrated and operational.
Best Practices Development:
Update and share best practices for using the companys equipment internally and externally.
Project Coordination:
Coordinate various phases of projects to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Ancillary Responsibilities:
Presales support through simulations and demos.
Product testing and debugging.
Participation in new R&D programs.
Qualifications:
Essential:
Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or similar applicable subject.
Proficient in English.
Driving license.
Desirable:
Knowledge and experience with CAD/simulation.
Practical competence with both tools and computers.
Good presentation skills.
