Requirements:
Educational Background: Diploma in Business Marketing Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales with a focus on the healthcare life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors.
Track Record: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of ductwork systems and HVAC industry standards.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Preferred Qualifications:
Industry Experience: Experience in the ductwork or HVAC industry.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare facility requirements and regulations.
Certifications: Certification in sales or related fields (e.g. CPSP CSM).
Working Conditions:
Work Environment: Fulltime position with standard office hours.
