General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
- Experience in design design management and review master development projects preparation of scope of service evaluation of tenders.
- Experience in managing multiple Consultants and Contractors managing Hill Design & Technical Team and Clients.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Manages the Design department personnel and allocates tasks to the discipline Engineers.
- Develop RFPs Tender documentation and scope of services for urban planning design consultants and contractors .
- Technical review and suggest best practices for the design of all product types.
- Study and implement improved efficiencies for design and construction stages.
- Identify scope gaps and suggest within a short time course of actions to rectify as necessary.
- Manages the RFI process and obtains required replies from the client.
- Perform redline reviews of all plans during each design stage for suggested value engineering.
- Contribute with the urban planning and design of product.
- Lead manage and take minutes in meetings to ensure compliance of design consultants to adhere to schedule of deliverables and full coordination between all disciplines register progress and actions required.
- Support Procurement and Commercial department.
- Prepare and review Project Management documentation plans and procedures.
- Implement Design department procedures throughout the Project lifecycle.
- Reviews and analyzes design requirements and establishes scope of work and priorities for the different engineering services departments.
- Followsup & assists the Project Management during the phases to ensure client design requirements are fulfilled.
- Organizes & conducts coordination meetings with internal departments and thirdparty teams to evaluate progress of work and ensure alignment or work conducted by each trade and compliance with requirements and standards.
- Meets with Consultants to clarify project design requirements and followup approvals.
- Guides and reviews the work of design consultants to ensure progress is within schedule and complies with requirements policies and procedures.
- Liaises with Hill stakeholder Manager on the authorities approvals and requirements .
- Identifies measures to reduce technical studies costs.
- Maintain and develop the design and planning goals and needs of the projects.
- Coordinate these goals and needs with client to assure project compliance.
- Develop or collect the various project goals and needs.
- Develop physical area and use programs for the various projects.
- Align lessons learned on field trips with goals and needs and adjust to meet cultural requirements.
- Leading design progress and coordination meetings and workshops with consultants.
- Monitor the Design and Studies Progress and ensure that the requirements of the Client are clearly communicated to the consultants.
- Provide comments on design documents and ensure compliance with Clients objectives and requirements.
- Manage coordinate and monitor all design development including obtaining Clients approval of the design.
- Manage and coordinate dissemination of design information to all relevant parties in a timely manner.
- Manage design deliverables according to project priorities and approved time schedule.
- Establish develop and monitor the appropriate procedures to manage all the above activities.
- Informs themselves of the relevant Quality Environmental Safety and Occupational Health Policies Manuals and Procedures in place within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.

Qualifications Experience Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Civil / Infrastructure Engineering.
- At least 15 years of experience in the construction of worldclass events infrastructure.
- Experience in managing mega infrastructure supporting the entertainment tourism culture and sports sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Developed theatres convention centers sports arenas art galleries and more at any one time within the PMC industries.
- PMP CIOB RICS or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
- Strong track record in delivering projects in a fastmoving and challenging environment.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications including excel and word.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organization skills
